There are 4 ways to contact a HopUp Support team member:
- You can always contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to contact us from the same email address that's on your HopUp account for the fastest response.
- Using our online contact form. Be sure to enter the same email address that's on your HopUp account for the fastest response.
- In the app by navigating to the Profile tab > Settings > Contact us.
- Via the HopUp Team direct messages in-app. This is the same account that sent you a welcome message when you joined HopUp.
All of these options go to the same support team.
If you contacted us using one of the first three options, replies are sent from our team to the email address you sent the email from or the email address on your account. You can also view your support requests in the app by navigating to the Profile tab > Settings > My Support Requests.
If your inquiry is regarding an order, always be sure to include your 5-digit order number in your message. This helps our team to quickly locate your order and provide the fastest response to you.
