How it works
If a buyer modifies or uses an item, it is not eligible to be returned unless the seller states otherwise. This policy protects the seller from a buyer using/modifying an item and claiming the seller sent it broken.
It is strongly recommended to keep photos or videos of the item fully functioning until the transaction is complete.
Reminder: We reserve the right to refund a buyer if a transaction is found to be in violation of our terms of service. Furthermore, HopUp is the final arbiter of escalated disputes.
