Step 1 - List it!
List an item for sale (Look for the price tag icon on the home tab or in your selling section on your profile). Add pictures of your item, description, condition, whether or not you want to accept offers, etc.
*Listings that have at least 3 quality pictures, an accurate title and a detailed description sell faster than those that do not.
Step 2 - Ship it! 📦
Your item has sold and it's time to ship. View the sale in your profile under "Selling". You can pay and print a shipping label (up to 43% off retail) with the "Ship it!" button or you can ship on your own.
*Note: To prevent delay of your payout make sure you add a tracking number to the transaction once you ship. We take care of this for you when buy a shipping label through HopUp.
Step 3 - Get paid! 💰
Your payout will be sent to your deposit method when 3 days has passed since delivery or as soon as the buyer writes a review upon delivery. Any platform fees or payment processing fees are automatically deducted before your payout is sent.
The payout process is part of our Purchase Protection guarantee. As a seller, you're also protected.

Checklist to get paid after a sale:
- Make sure the buyer knows exactly what they're receiving to prevent returns
- Enter a tracking number so we know when your item arrives at its destination
- Add a deposit method for us to send your payouts to
- We will issue your payout as soon as the buyer writes a review for you upon delivery OR when 3 days has passed since delivery
