If a seller does not ship the item within 5 days of purchase the buyer can contact support for a full refund, unless the item is shipped by that time.
**NOTE: This does not mean the item must arrive to you in 5 days. Instead, this means the seller needs to have the item packaged, handed over to the shipping carrier, and a tracking number provided on the order within 5 days of purchase (unless otherwise agreed upon or shipped by the time HopUp is contacted). Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, neither HopUp nor the seller has control over shipping times.
